Avis d'employé sur Amcor
You like games?
Management is a revolving door that lives by and holds you at a double standard. Firings are a fun past time for the company for the littlest things or bully you until you are gone. Supervisers love to sit in their cubicle all day and tell you how to do your job or what to do when they dont even know your job or dept. Rules are rewritten on the daily from employee handbook or find loopholes. Advancements are there, not company knows who they want anyways so put postings up as if they are being fair. Ask the few current superviser who got their occassions rewritten so they could get the position! You like stress, games, watching your every word/move then this the place for you. Healthy preaching but dont let you outside and have to sit in the lunchroom starring at vending machine. Have your knee pads ready.
