You'll have good days and alot of bad depending on where you're placed. They will push you hard and expect you to drop everything abd go to work if they're short handed. Its frowned upon if you say no and they'll guilt trip you for it. No work life balance.
Stress, highhhh expectations

Most hires don't return after the first shift and distrust/conflict between employees is high. Don't expect proper training or to learn anything new. Regularly work 8+ hour shifts without breaks. Insiders work like 5 jobs at once and pay for all employees, even Assistant/General Managers, is pretty terrible. If you stay for long enough and try hard enough, you can meet some cool people. Sometimes you get to eat old pizza.
Flexible hours, occasional free food
No breaks, poor work environment
Great work enviornment and managers are awesome but 9 dollars an hour as manger and work 6-7 days a week 8-11 hours shifts depending on the night would not recommend it if you want a social life and be on a normal schedule and your not paid enough for what you do and they will constantly tell you 2 more months from now and you could be a general store manager 2 months go by it will never happen they will tell you 2 more months we just need more out of you then 8-12 hours a week every night for 6 days to be able to make you a manger.
Awesome co workers, chill vibes
Raises are no existent and you have to accept you’ll always be under paid for what you put in
My general manager was 17 years old and it went as well as you may think. Overall the company doesn’t care about you and they do everything to save a penny. They took away our employee discount because they wanted us to pay full price. We weren’t allowed to take breaks, if we wanted to eat anything while working 8 hours, you had to buy something from dominos because you weren’t allowed to eat anything that wasn’t dominos in the store. The manager promoted people to assistant manager but then never moved their wages up and expected them to take on a higher role. The staff was great and I made lifelong friends, but management and corporate are the reason I quit. Overall, I would never work at a corporate dominos again. This was the worst experience.
Friends, pizza all day
I had a terrible time at dominos, the management was terrible and i would get shouted at for things that i didn't even do. The pay wasn't worth the effort that i was putting in either and i was told to come in more than the contracted hours on low pay which wasn't good for balancing college either.
long shifts, low pay, terrible management
It’s a fun workplace and you meet some amazing people but it’s always very understaffed which probably has to do with being very underpaid. I enjoy it but the lack of staff is exhausting.
Free food, fun environment
Low pay, no benefits
There is not good criteria for promotion it's all unfair and staff doesnt get pay rise even after working 2 years, there is no action on complaint against management, they abuse there authority
Free lunches, learning new ideas, personal ability improvement, and new experiences
Physical and mental tiredness, no social life, management bullying
If they were staffed properly and pay a little more it would be a decent work place but because it has no workers you as employee will be overworked to make up for the lack of employees
