It was a fun place to work due to my coworkers. Tips were usually pretty good. I made anywhere between $40-$100 in tips every day. Overtime is usually pretty easy to get. At the same time, there were times I would be scheduled off at 4pm and didn't get off until 10pm. Depends on the day.
Points positifs
overtime, tips
Points négatifs
overworked

It is a good job, most always orders come. It is very seasonally dependent, as much of its patronage comes from UCONN students. During the summer, there are drastically less orders, and because of that, less tips. Managers are asked a lot of things, so the turnover rate is high. There are also few advantages in rising higher in the company. Delivery Experts make the most (besides the managers) simply because of tips, and Ive known a lot of people to gradually shift over to driving over time simply due to money. Customers are good most of the time, occasionally there are rude or mean clients but the manager usually will give you warnings before delivering to them. Also there is a lot of pressure to drive in the snow. I've driven around campus while drifting frequently (my car is pretty bad in the snow). They won't stop deliveries for anything short of a natural disaster, and not even then is it guaranteed (I drove in a minor hurricane once, but it was mostly just a lot of rain). They also reimburse you for gas at a little above the going rate.
Points positifs
Occasional free food, tips
Points négatifs
Wear and tear on your car, driving in the snow

Well one of the drivers hit and killed a pedestrian... they pretty much hushed us up & I quit for moral reasons. MUST work holidays or they threaten to fire you. Overall bad experience working there I never really felt welcome. TOO MUCH DRAMA! and I never even poked my nose in it.

They promote 19 year olds and trap them into general manager positions before the kids have a chance to know what it entails. However, it is a fun job when it’s not chaotic, and can be worth it pay wise.
Points positifs
Free food
Points négatifs
Poor management

The lack of pay drives people away. With the lack of employees the extra work is put onto other people which also drives more people away because of the low pay.
Points positifs
Free food
Points négatifs
4 days off a month.

I've worked as an Insider (CSR) for over a half year now, and I'd say that I can come up with a good review for anybody interested in the job.CONS:- Can be understaffed. Overall, with very few employees, it's an extremely stressful environment during rush hours, and it's a bit annoying sometimes.- No raises yet. Since I've been working in an understaffed environment for so long, I'd expect a raise, but I'm still at minimum wage. I can't complain since I'm getting paid, but I would prefer more money and I'm sure other people would too. Could just be a management issue though.- Not good for tall people. The counters are low and you have to constantly be bending over, which hurts the lower back.PROS:- Vibrant work environment. The people I work with are incredible. Domino's really encourages having fun, and that's what makes it shine.- Good employee discounts. You get 50% off all food and drinks, which is very handy if you want a quick bite at work.Overall, it's a good environment, and can teach you how to deal with stressful situations. If them management is good, it can be very enjoyable.
Points positifs
Good coworkers, employee discounts
Points négatifs
No raise unless you express interest in another job

You get paid minimum wage, get paid less than a £1 per delivery, and have to cover a fairly large area. You will be pressured to go faster than the speed limit, asked to clean up and help out with manaula labour. There is no job pregression unless you would like to be a manager (all managers seem unhappy so if you value money over your happiness, might be worth it). If you are not liked by the managers, you're unlikely to get good hours and your hours are going to change every week unless you can get a manager to give you regular hours, which is uncommon. Job itself can be pretty chill and most people are good to talk to. Free food or discounts on food can be nice (been told it depends on shift). During lockdown you get asked to stay in car which can sometimes be as long as 25min, which is ok if you have a book or your phone, but during the winter, can be unpleasant due to extremely cold weather. Prior to lockdown, the tips really helped but now they are virtually non existant, so you shouldn't expect any. Overall, the job is decent is you need a part time or second job, but wouldn't recommend for a full time role. Your car will begin to fall apart and the money they give per delivery is supposed to cover wear and tear and fuel but barely cover either.
Points positifs
free/discounted food, chill work enviroment (usually), easy work.
Points négatifs
not being able to get good hours or regular hours.

Domino’s does not care if you have family or personal issues outside of work. If you are taking care of family members and need at least 1 to 2 weeks off, they still schedule you and if you don’t show up for a shift or can’t find cover they fire you. They give no benefits to anyone besides Managers or hire ups. Even if you have a set schedule they still change it because your availability is a “preference”. They do their best when you need time off to get you it off
Points positifs
Free food and unpaid time off whenever.
Points négatifs
Treat you less then human

First of all, hours are flexible. Great if you're a student and can handle 10 hours of work squeezed into your school schedule, but this can change depending on how busy it is. However, they never set clear expectations on when exactly your shift ends, which may be frustrating to some. Schedules aren't super consistent either unless you're doing the bare minimum.Beginners are usually put up front tagging boxes, occasionally taking phone calls and taking carryouts to customers. From Mon-Thurs it's very relaxed and you're doing everything up front. Fri-Sun is usually much busier + stressful. You'll usually just be doing tags those days, though, and drivers will do carryout. That's how it goes on a good night- sometimes you may not have a ton of help, which is stressful. On the bright side, you get good tips, and everyone there is super nice. You'll occasionally have someone yell at you if you mess up but it's not personal and it's rare anyway. As someone younger, would recommend more as a summer job, honestly. Less hours as a student means you're probably just going to cover the stressful shifts, but if it works for you, go for it.
Points positifs
Good tips, supportive atmosphere, discounted employee meals after 5+ hours shift
Points négatifs
Messy management, overwhelming weekends, loud

I’ve been at dominos for 2 years now. I’ve gotten 1 .50cent raise the entire time. I’m a full time employee & driver captain. I would not recommend this job to anyone. The company does not value its workers. And there are 0 opportunities to move up. You end up stayed 1-2 hours late everyday usually a 10-11 hour shift & there is no gratitude or respect. Do Not Work for this company.
Points positifs
Being a driver let’s you leave the store & make tips.
Points négatifs
Being in the store is stressful/chaotic & under staffed.

I was a shift lead, the shifts would be very stressful. That being said it was 10x better than other fast food jobs. You had breaks when it was slow but you also have to deal with customers trying to get free food/lying all day.
Points positifs
Positive environment, room to advance to GM, fun with coworkers, better than other fast food
Points négatifs
Awful employee discounts, long shifts, late nights closing, not great pay, angry customers

It's a great job for people who are just starting their working career (preferably ages 16-17) but lacks pay for the amount of effort required for the job.
Points positifs
Great Starter Job, Free Pizza, Learning Experience
Points négatifs
Rare Breaks, Stressful Considering Pay

Horrible management. Management could care less about flexibility or your personal needs as far as medical issues or taking personal time. Works you to the brink of meltdown and then threatens you with termination if you call off from literal exhaustion. To many supervisors and team leads and they only think of themselves. No opportunity for advancement what so ever. If you don’t value your physical and mental well being then by all means apply. If you do, stay far away and look elsewhere.
Points positifs
Nothing
Points négatifs
Everything
