Productive teamwork, but not so much good relations between the team.

The team was efficient and hardworking, but there were different types of people. Which means that some people were very welcoming but some weren't and only were interested in their part of the work, not in helping new comers. Which created a tense atmosphere, and less efficient productivity from the team.
