Each day as Financial Advisor is very challenging cause client were having a different attitude and needs. I learned to understand a person well and the management is organize and the workplace is quiet ok and the hardest part of the job is you dont have client in a day and most enjoyable is you have more sales in a day cause you entertained a lot of client in a day.
the job is good but the people handling the company is quite frustrating. they do not have the passion for their people most of the time.what matters to them most are your productions at the end of the day

but need to meet the target
A fun workplace. Very low basic pay but if you really want to earn much more than what you're getting, you have to work really hard to earn unlimited income. Some of their Area Sales Managers do not deserve to be in their position. Some are really rude and most of the time top management won't take action if raised to them.
Bad Mannered Managers
A fun workplace. Good compensation but if you really want to earn much more than what you're getting, you have to work really hard to earn unlimited income aside from the basic salary you are getting.

I used to be a Customer Service Assistance at Planters Development Bank and a Financial Advisor at Generali Philippines. I learned to deal with different kinds of people. i learned how to work under pressure, to get along with your co-workers, how to handle complaints of the client, how to listen and at the same time think of what will be the best solution to the complaints. I learned that it is not the salary that is important in working, it is your willingness to learned new things for you to develop your professional growth in life. My co-workers, they are my family. Hardest part of the job, handling complaints of clients. The most enjoyable part of the job is learning for your everyday experience in work.
