Cons : Since the transformation from Generali Investments France to Generali Investments Europe, management disappeared leaving teams with little or no guideline. A lot of colleagues left before and after me due to the incompetency of the management or its absence. Moreover, no future career development was suggested neither an efficient talent promotion I learned a lot though : Asset Management business was flourishing. Risk management was eventually given proper IT tools to address challenges of high volatility in European markets.
