Good OT pay but not a lot of career growth. Very safe employment. No fear of being fired or let go regardless of the job market. Work is interesting enough but can bottleneck you into quality.

Not bad place to work, fast paced enviroment. You make cars. Machine robot is always breaking. Work was slow, got sent home early. Good benefits and vacation time first day of work

Great place to work. Overtime pay for L1 and L2. Pretty good bonuses. Not terrible work life balance. Management was pretty fair for the most part. The Japanese staff was always helpful and respectful.

The hardest part is swing shift. Everything else is really great. You just have to be able to be on time and want to work. You can move up fast if you show them you want to work.

What is the best part of working at the company?Easy work good pay. Benefits and time off pay. 401K.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Supervisors that only care about showing their power without care for company or associates.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good overall team spirit. Depending on department, there are activities and rewards.What is a typical day like for you at the company?The area I worked in got our production number done in six hours and was allowed to either go home without eight hours reached or stick around and pretend to be busy for the last two hours to continue towards your 40 hours a week. There was no overtime in our department,but there was driving jobs that came up on weekends from time to time that paid time and a half for Saturday and double time on Sunday. Holidays were triple time. A $200 bonus was given each month for perfect attendance.

Great benefits and vacation packages. Hardest part would have to be getting younger people to understand production demand. Everyone works together and bickers like family. Hardest parts of the job are the required weekends.

Run away! Management and co-workers are nothing but a bunch of back stabbers in an elementary grade setting. If you want constant PTSD then this is the place for you. If not, then don't bother working here.

I was able to try new and used car sales as well as service advisor/writer. My time at this location was full of events, ups and downs and often fun comradery. It was my first automotive dealership experience and don't regret working here. Most of the employees are great even though it gets stressful at times, will always remember the good times. Our GM is also as good of a leader as can be, thoughtful, thorough and direct. I'll never forget the first, I should say, inspirational Friday morning sales meeting.

Challenging work and workplace, but pay needs adjustment / market evaluation over time

If you are working in the office, expect to be challenged and to be evaluated on your presentation skills and put that into practice often (this is a great thing!). Expect hands-on, get-your-hands-dirty work. This is what helps people succeed. People who always work with agencies or 3rd parties do not always succeed as they expect others to work for them. That is not the case here. You will enjoy and grow for sure. But this growth will not readily be seen in promotions. Do not expect to be promoted soon.
