Do not recommend. This company use agency staff at busy periods much like many companies do but they do not value the work ethic of these hard working people and end their employment with only a few hours notice.

Managers very weak… if your face fitted you were fine. Avoid!! The rest room was lovely with free snacks but these were organised by the Execs Pa… she should’ve been on the Call Centre floor as she really cared.

Fantastic place to work

This is the best job I ever had, only reason I don’t work there anymore is because I was in a temporary contract when covid hit. I would happily work there again and stay there for a very long time. The staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone is always happy to help. The job is so easy if you enjoy talking to people. The management staff let you get on with your work as long as you’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing. Breaks are well scheduled and the common/staff area is lovely.

Lively and friendly co-workers.

I was at Interflora for a short time while they needed more employees during the busy period, coming up to valentines. Before starting, they gave me and the group I was with, training in how to operate the phones while filling in customer details, order specifications, and file customer complaints. This training was very helpful and efficient and I was fairly confident and ready to start when it had been completed. The employee facilities are very good, offering practically a full kitchen and coffee venders.

Fun sales job

Job required you to up sell customer more flowers - this was just a temporarily job for 3 months - Inbound calls only Interflora opened a new call centre on Nottingham road for 3 months. Up selling customers more flowers, job required to be friendly, telephone skills with computer literacy - and to take down financial information for payment

Enjoyed my time working here

Learnt alot and got to accept great responsibilitys, some of the staff where a little ignorant but over all i really enjoyed my time working here

Productive and fun workplace

All co-workers and management were friendly and helpful. While the job could be stressful at times the work atmosphere was relaxed. Adequate training and post-training help was given and all in all a nice place to work. The hardest part of the job were the complaint calls , as many people are hard to please and are not happy even with the top level of after service offers such as full refunds. However the key is to be empathetic , to make the customer feel you understand their problem and are willing to do anything to help. The best part of the job were the prizes and incentives for reaching targets , allowing for new challenges everyday. I learnt not to get overwhelmed but to talk through every situation in a calm manner and a resolution can always be made that is satisfactory to both the company and customer.
