Poor management and no respect of the work law

I have been working for six months in the Paris Assistance Center. The first negative point is that the HR had lied on our future wages and benefits. You will be paid 1,400€ at the beginning with no immediate benefits as they have told during interviews. All people in the assistance center have Master's degrees while the job is barely the one of a medical secretary (most of the time, you will schedule appointments with doctors using your language skills). Here you are not asked to think and to figure out things, no need to bring your brain at work as you will constantly be reminded of procedures and more procedures to be followed). Also you have to check your pay each month because they always "forget" to compute the overtime worked. The HR team is very poor skilled and will disregard any attempt to understand what is going on since they barely understand their own job. Always ask for written proof when you are told something since their speciality is to tell things orally in order to leave no trace of their commitments. The turn over is dramatically high but the management doesn't seem to care nor to take any resolution. I would only recommend this job for a very short period of time, anyone deserves better.
