it was honestly a terrible place to work, it was toxic, played favorites, won't fire people who need it, and overwork the only few good people they have. I would never work here again, save yourself, just don't. Other grocery stores are way better, with less stress.

If management likes you then you can basically get any shift you want. If not then you’ll be all over the place. Work is hard, and management was often incompetent. Decent money to be made if advancement is your goal.

Se trabaja muy bien, muy agusto, sueldo en condiciones pero es muy complicado subir el contrato de 22h y por supuesto mucho más ascender, poco desarrollo laboral

Lidl is fast paced, theres always something do so I don't get bored. Get to work in all areas of the store so it's not doing the same thing all the time. I've been working in the bakery for 3 and half years, and I love it.

Good pay for retail, excellent holiday allowance, good benefits systems.

Most of the staff are lovely but the higher up the position the lazier they get.Never understood how you can be a store manager when you cannot spell and cannot do simple maths... Had to go to regional manager with a formal complaint and that just disappeared into the ether.

Working in the distribution centre was very easy you come in for induction to learn the basics where your working and crash course how to use LLP machine. From there they give you headset which will be taking what to pick and where. The job itself is very simple picking they check your rate after a couple weeks you get target's..

The whole team are against each other, moaning and complaining about everyone behind their backsNo security in stores mean frequent thefts, which we are not trained in, but are expected to deal withManagement don’t give you hours , or put you to work days which you’ve specified you cannot work, and will get stressy if you say no

Μετά απο χρόνια εργασίας. Χαμαλίκι εξαντλητικά ωράρια ξύπνημα στις 5 το πρωί απολαβές λίγες για αυτό που κάνεις ανθρωποφαγία. Κακό περιβάλλον καθόλου αξιοκρατία με τίποτα στους top employer που τόσο διαφημίζεται.

Retails retail at the end of the day. Keep in mind that they're a budget retailer, they'll cut corners where they can. The best part about the job is the friends you make at work. Sometimes you'll get great customers who become regulars, but again, it's retail.

Entreprise qui en demande beaucoup mais qui paye en conséquence. Evolution possible et rapidement. La façon dont vous aller vivre au quotidien depend du gérant avec qui vous allez bosser.Environnement extrêmement stressant, énormément de contrôle, et beaucoup de pressions.

If your sick and you ring in you feel like just a number because they don't ask the name just your number. If your sick too much management often see you as unreliable so make sure your in very good health

De collega's zijn zeer leuk. Werkomgeving is relaxt en kan wel eens speels zijn. Er is geen goede communicatie tussen studenten en het management.

Management is completely useless and biased in so many ways especially in the Penzance store, wouldn't trust him to put me out if I was on fire, colleagues on shop floor are ok, not given enough time to complete tasks before being made to do something else and then moaned at for not finishing previous task, moaned at for not doing hours in excess of agreed hours, everything is bad about this store, if you have any respect for yourself don't work here as the manager will treat you like something that he has stepped in.

A hard weeks work

Worked for lidl for just under 6 years. I would say its a good first step in to work. They pay quite well for the industry and there are gaps for your to progress if you have the right attitude. The day to day store picks are really tough and you will b praying for a weekend rest. However the rota will rarly allow for that making the job actually tough to recover from. Eventually that work load will and ive seen it wear out 90% of people.

I could write so much about how poorly the work load is for a manager, you are treated like an animal! They expect you to work 11-12 hours+ 6 days a week without your break even though they will make sure you are clocked out regardless! They will make sure you live to work and not work to live! Definitely avoid unless you go in as a customer assistant.

Métier très prenant. Il faut savoir s'organiser avec une équipe réduite et savoir faire face aux aléas, à l'image de la grande distribution. Bonne rémunération.Seul point négatif, sauf si vous avez un chef magasin au top vous n'aurez pas beaucoup de reconnaissance.
