They provide training and all support for you to succeed! But that's not all. As a Realtor, you need to work hard to get leads and really make deals. They provide the tools but it all depends on your hard work.

What is the best part of working at the company?Flexibility, independence, and a great commission policy.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Not having it fixed income and absorbing most of your own marketing expenses. It depends upon your broker, but the broker, for my franchise was terrific.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Showing property all day long. You can do most of the paperwork from home and you make your own schedule.

Wonderful office. The National brand however, leaves a bit to be desired when it comes to tech and marketing. They’re always changing their tools and none of them seem to add anything beneficial.

Review summary pretty much sums it up. They'll hire you as a junior and give you senior work. Expecting you do out perform it and promise you a promotion / raise after 90 day. However, right at your 90 day mark they'll cut your employment with some, "The company is going in a different direction." Horse****.

If you are brand new in your career and perhaps find a good person to learn from / mentor you, this brokerage could be rewarding for you.IF you are experienced and have a good grasp of generating your own leads & creating your own business then you should likely pursue a brokerage with lower fees bc they will nickel and dime you at any and every opportunity for either the same or less support than you might receive at another brokerage.. My broker (RE/MAX Signature, Houston, TX) charged me an extra 10% fee on my first 3 deals just bc I was new to the brokerage, no other reason at all. It was hidden in the fine print (my bad for not reading it thoroughly, thought they'd be cool with the 30% they were already taking off top). It was labeled a "mentorship" fee even though I was experienced & working on 100% of my deals solo dolo and received no such support. In summary, they do provide you the tools and brand recognition to be successful, but the question is - how much more successful than you would be at a 0 fee brokerage? Is it worth the extra 30-40% they're basically skimming off from your closings?That's for you to decide.
