Each day is a challenge, due to the amount of tasks and urgencies that need to be dealt with rapidly. It's interesting and a great experience to see what type of person you are, in difficult times. The difficulties that we encounter (currently) are with our external providers. As their contract is not renewed, they are very reluctant in sharing their knowledge or performing tasks.

Disdainful and pretentious software architect, not collaborating, unable to rigorously explain the flaws of his design of a simple serial communication link (6 months to develop it with 2 developers in addition!). Engine control manager promising a software delivery that is not delivered; not rigorous enough. Former employees not ready to accept new technologies and agile methods. Some employees are not team players at all, are not positive, and don't like to share their knowledge; Management promises training that doesn't take place. Some trainers say things without explaining why.
