I had to welcome people and sell them tickets and services. The hardest part of the job was angry people and the enjoyable part was smiling people.

A typical day at work was beginning at 10am and finished the day at 5pm. We had 45 min to eat lunch. We had many pauses throughout the day. My job was to inform travelers who wanted to know the path to take to where they wanted to go. The hard part for me was to speak multiple language other than English and always switching.
