About the job: This unique hybrid role offers a rare blend of exposure and impact. As Executive Assistant to two Executive Committee members across different business areas, you'll gain diverse insight into Opella’s leadership. Simultaneously, as Operations Excellence Lead, you’ll help shape the Legal leadership team by supporting the General Counsel with innovative ideas and process improvements. The role balances core executive support with high-impact responsibilities—driving change projects, developing new practices, and contributing directly to the team’s operational success.
Main responsibilities:
As Executive Assistant to 2 members of the Executive Committee, General Counsel and Chief Digital Officer:
  • Manage complex, detailed, and fast changing calendar
  • Effectively schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings, events (face-to-face and remote), prepare agenda and follow-up on action
  • Schedule and organize business trips of CHC teams, liaising with the local teams to prepare the agenda
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Process Travel requests and Expense reports in the most efficient way and respecting the Company policy
  • Onboard new comers in the teams (including logistics: IT/badge, etc)
  • Managing generic e-mail address and working shared space (Teams/Sharepoint)
  • Budget Management (including T&E) for each Function in coordination with Finance BP
  • Coordinate the dynamic/teambuilding of the team
As Operational Excellence Coordinator,
  • Administrate the LEX intranet and communication to the Opella organization
  • Create processes and practices to improve day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team.
  • Identify and implement tools, standards and processes to enhance the LEX department's productivity and performance in a cost-effective manner (incl. w/r/t outside counsel)
  • Act as PMO for ad-hoc projects as needed - provide structured framework, planning, and monitoring execution and deliverables.

  • Experience: significant experience in a similar role

    • Project management experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of pack office and Sanofi-specific tools (Concur/My Travel, ITS portal, Workday, etc.)
  • Languages: Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
