We are seeking a Customer Support Agent & Fraud Analyst. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activities within our banking operations and also to assist current clients with equiries they might have. Your experience in Customer Service, financial accounting and auditing will be essential to ensuring the integrity of our processes and protecting our customers. This position requires the command of the English language, and it is done fully remote, work from home with gear provided by the employer. Strong internet connection and private space is necessary.
- English level required: C1 (Advanced), C2 (Proficient).
Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Support for current clients.
Analyze suspicious transactions and conduct in-depth investigations into fraudulent activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement preventative fraud measures.
Evaluate and improve fraud detection procedures using advanced analytical tools.
Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents and propose recommendations to strengthen security.
Ensure regulatory follow-up to stay informed of emerging fraud trends and techniques.
Participate in financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
Preferred profiles:
Experience in Customer Service.
Experience in the banking sector or a similar position related to fraud analysis.
Knowledge of banking operations and financial audit principles.
Excellent analytical skills with a developed financial acumen.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
