To support this strategic growth, we are seeking a motivated and organized intern to join our Business Development team and contribute to a variety of impactful projects. Position Overview:

As an Assistant Project Manager Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and follow-up of strategic business development initiatives. You’ll gain practical experience in project management, team collaboration, and client-oriented operations within a unique and growing industry — no technical or pharmaceutical background required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and status trackers
• Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and manage follow-up actions
• Support collaboration across departments (marketing, sales, operations)
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and tools
• Help manage CRM updates and data quality (Salesforce, Brevo, or similar)
• Conduct light research or benchmarking to support decision-making and strategy

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master (BAC+5) degree in Economics, Management, Political Science, or related fields
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Native-level proficiency in Chinese
• Advanced level in either French or English
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good data analysis skills
• Past working experience focusing on the French market is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Brevo is a plus
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work full-time fully on-site in Malakoff
