At Vasco, we have been in the business of breaking language barriers by creating and selling electronic translators since 2008. We are a Polish company that originated in Krakow, but we have been operating around the world for years.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for our International Team to support our marketing efforts in the French market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market's dynamics and the ability to craft effective marketing campaigns. Job Description:

• Develop and execute creative marketing activities that drive brand recognition, engagement, and sales in the French market.
• Create, test, and optimize content across various marketing channels and for diverse audiences (B2C/B2B), ensuring it resonates with local preferences and trends.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to adapt and enhance campaigns and materials specifically for French-speaking audiences.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers and partners, including affiliates, influencers, agencies, and resellers, to strengthen brand presence.
• Lead and manage marketing projects such as seasonal promotions and product launches, delivering impactful, on-brand campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and profitability, delivering regular performance reports to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare and oversee local digital marketing campaigns tailored for the French audience.
• Manage ad hoc marketing projects as they arise to address market needs or take advantage of sudden opportunities.
• Oversee social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook), maintaining and posting engaging content, and responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms and align all content with Vasco's brand book guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of French e-commerce platforms and familiarity with Amazon FR.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, social media management, and product launches.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
• Self-driven and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to meet the demands of a dynamic role in a rapidly evolving company.
• Understanding of French culture and consumer behavior to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
• Familiarity with technical products and e-commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Awin, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Avis Vérifiés is a strong advantage.
• Experience in PR Projects.
