As a Buyer Facility Management, you will be responsible to implement the strategy and sourcing activity for the Facilities Management Services (Capex-Opex) for our Verkor Giga Factory in Dunkirk (one of the biggest Factory for EV Battery cells in Haut de France). You ensure the best safe (with HSE), reliable, cost and service solutions for Internal Customers including all departments.

Responsabilities

  • Contribute actively to the category Strategy definition jointly with key Stakeholders (multi sites) and Category Leader FM and you will be part of the Team.
  • Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management (FM) activity to support ramp up of the plant beg of 2025, still in side Construction works environment.
  • Drive the sourcing and appropriate way of buying with the different needs and organization. Define optimization plan in End to End approach to reduce leadtime on the full process of acquisition (Total Cost Ownership) for GF1 under construction : 130 000m2 of building (mainly Production and Clean concept) having >1500 employees in 2027.
  • Run Source to Contract activity on services (Hard and Soft FM), Negotiate and monitore appropriate FM Contract(s) allowing first class services , quality and safety. Animate SRM process and Supplier Performance KPis.
  • Pro active to propose improvement in Procurement processes and procedures to ensure Procurement department effectiveness : Supplier Qualification (eg audits, survey, grid) , Supplier Evaluation for appropriate category (SRM) focus on FM contract, monitoring performance,…
  • Contribute to maintain category expertise supporting our Key Stakeholders and our Category Leader (participate to Market Intelligence action , propose innovation), you will be part of the Core team category.

Requirements

  • Our large scope of equipments (Manufacturing, Clean Room, Building, HVAC, Offices ) for the GF require a solid experience of 5 to 10 years in Indirect Procurement, and Facility Management.
  • Ideally Master Degree in Procurement Management (or/and Engineer degree).
  • Familiar with large scope of Category but especially in Facility Management (cleaning, Security, Building maintenance, Multi technic maintenance, offices, HVAC, clean concept, with associated way of buying, catalog approach when applicable.
  • Experienced in Digital solution to procure items and services on fast and efficient way of buying, FM contract management, …
  • Procurement digital : ERP system like SAP, Sourcing platform including Microsoft applications
  • Familiar with Procurement Operation (P2P, Source to Pay, Source to Contract)
  • Good relationship management and communication skills
