With nearly 600 employees and a turnover of 350 million euros, our products are distributed in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the USA.

    Job Description:
    Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and software necessary for the company's operations. Provide technical support to end-users, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and respond to assistance requests within defined timelines. Manage data and system security by implementing protective measures, conducting regular backups, and enforcing security policies to prevent breaches and ensure data confidentiality. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to assess IT needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and participate in IT projects' implementation. Stay updated on technology trends, evaluate new technologies and improvement opportunities, and propose initiatives to optimize the company's IT infrastructure and processes.
