Money in the bank (via bank transfer)

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

Restricted Stock Units or “RSUs” are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company shares. At Indeed, RSUs allow recipients to receive shares, subject to vesting and other conditions, in our parent company, Recruit Holdings. Recruit is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan under symbol 6098.T.

Introduced in 2021, RSUs support long-term value creation and alignment with company performance.

RSUs may be granted to eligible employees as part of Indeed’s total rewards approach. For roles eligible for RSUs, employees will receive a new hire grant value and grant date in their offer letter. 

The RSU long-term incentive program is designed to:

  • To encourage employees to think like owners
  • To align incentives with company performance
  • To reward employees for the company’s financial success

Meal Vouchers

Indeed partners with Swile to provide you with meal vouchers so that you are always covered for your lunch time!

The meal voucher are redeemable against a list of participating restaurants.

Retirement

Pension

Prepare yourself for retirement.

Indeed provides employees with a statutory pension provided through Klesia. Indeedians pay their statutory contributions through their payroll taxes.

Income Protection

Life Insurance

Peace of mind for the people in your life.

You will be automatically signed up to our Group Life Insurance scheme (Prevoyance) through Malakoff Humanis (Gerep) on your first day at Indeed.

The scheme is fully subsidized by Indeed and it covers 170% of your gross annual remuneration regardless of your family situation. It will be paid out to your beneficiaries if you pass away during your time at Indeed.

If you have children, in case of continuation of studies, the monthly child allowance will be 12% of your base salary up to their 18th birthday and 15% of your base salary up to their 26th birthday.

All Indeed employees are eligible for life assurance through our Healthcare provider, Malakoff Humanis (Gerep). Beneficiaries receive 170% of their base salary in the unfortunate case of death in service.

Disability Insurance

Financial support when the need arises.

We want to ensure you get financial protection through your benefits in case you are ill, injured or unable to work.

Indeed partners with Malakoff to bring you our Group Disability Scheme which provides you with financial protection after 90 days of continuous illness. The Group Disability scheme replaces 80% of your last three months of average earnings up to 1.8 times the SMIC. It is paid by the Prevoyance at date of disablement, less any social security contributions.

Payment continues until one of the following events occur:

  • You return to work
  • You turn 65 or your state pension age (if higher)
  • You leave Indeed
