Reporting to the Projects Team Manager , you will lead special machine projects across an international scope — from the initial analysis of customer requirements through to final customer acceptance. Acting as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor , you will help customers identify the most suitable and innovative solutions while ensuring flawless project execution in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines .

This is a highly visible and impactful role combining project leadership, customer interaction, technical expertise, and business development .

The role

You will lead projects end-to-end, starting from the initial customer brief through to final validation and installation. This means coordinating every step of the journey—from proposal and design to industrialisation and delivery—while ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of quality, cost, timing, and safety.

Working closely with both customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in aligning expectations, managing risks, and driving execution. You will regularly interact with clients, both remotely and on-site, to refine solutions, support validation phases, and build strong, long-term relationships.

At the same time, your role goes beyond project delivery. You will act as a true partner to your customers , helping them identify new opportunities and improve their performance. By understanding their needs in depth, you will translate their challenges into tailored technical and commercial solutions, combining machines, services, and innovation.

You will also support customers in their transformation journey, particularly in areas such as automation, electrification, and data-driven performance optimization . Your ability to connect technical expertise with business value will be key to your success.

Internally, you will contribute to continuous improvement, bring new ideas forward, and help strengthen collaboration across teams. This is a role where your voice will be heard and where your contribution will have visible impact.

You are an engineer with a background in mechanical engineering or a related field , with initial experience in project management or industrial environments such as special-purpose machinery, electromechanics, or aerospace assembly.

Beyond your technical skills, your mindset will make the difference. You are customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable building relationships at all levels. You bring structure and rigor to your work, while remaining flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-moving environment.

You enjoy taking ownership, navigating complexity, and collaborating across functions and cultures. You are also comfortable using project management tools and ERP systems, and you communicate fluently in English. Additional languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
