What you can expect:

  • You support the HR team in day-to-day operations and help ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the company.
  • You manage key administrative HR activities, including employee file updates, payroll support, expense report monitoring, and coordination of medical check-ups.
  • You contribute to the transition and improvement of HR tools and systems, and help maintain reliable HR data.
  • You may also support broader HR initiatives and projects (CSE topics, CSR data collection, internal processes), with increasing autonomy over time.
  • You are involved in office management topics, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly (supplies, maintenance, equipment, and internal logistics).
  • You help organize internal events and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Your role is varied, hands-on, and central to both employee experience and office life.
In collaboration with the Accounting Assistant, you support employee wellbeing and office operations:
  • You ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including coordinating maintenance, security, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, maintenance, equipment, and internal logistics.
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers such as restaurants, hotels, taxis, and facility services.
  • Help organize internal events and employee activities (e.g. company celebrations, sports events, team gatherings).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and support general administrative operations.
    Oversee company fleet coordination.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and common areas to maintain a welcoming work environment.
  • Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to teams across the business.

What were looking for:

  • You have a background in HR, administration, or a related field, with ideally some initial experience in an HR or office support role.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • You have a strong service mindset, good communication skills, and enjoy supporting employees on a daily basis.
  • You are comfortable with administrative tools (Excel, HR systems, collaborative platforms) and are quick to learn new processes.
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable, you like working in international environment.
  • French is required. Your English isn't perfect, but you're not afraid to express yourself.
