HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Enterprise Solutions Business

TP-Link France is seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Enterprise Solutions Business to support the company's growth in France.

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Enterprise Solutions Business, focusing on two key priorities:

1. Operational HR Management – overseeing all people-related processes such as performance management, bonus plans, onboarding, and training within the Sales and Technical teams.

2. Talent Mapping and Recruitment – identifying, attracting, and developing high-potential talent from the Enterprise Networking / IT / UC / Telecom market to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of HRBP experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven track record of partnering with commercial and technical teams in a fast-moving technology environment.

Your responsibilities

1. HR Operations & People Development

· Manage and coordinate performance review cycles, bonus plan execution, and annual goal setting for the Enterprise Solutions business teams.

· Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

· Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs for Sales and Presales employees.

· Partner with team leaders to enhance employee engagement, career development, and retention.

· Support workforce planning and headcount tracking aligned with business objectives.

2. Talent Mapping & Recruitment

· Conduct strategic market talent mapping in the Enterprise Networking, IT, UC, and Telecom sectors to identify key talent and competitors.

· Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales and technical positions, including job definition, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future business needs.

· Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to support long-term hiring strategies.

· Provide insights on market compensation trends and competitor talent structures.

3. HR Partnership & Advisory

· Serve as a trusted advisor to team leaders and country manager on people strategies, team structure optimization, and organizational development.

· Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance with company and legal standards.

· Support change management initiatives and promote a strong company culture aligned with business goals.

Your profile

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the IT / Networking / Telecom / Enterprise Solutions industry.

· Solid understanding of Sales and Technical team structures and their operational needs.

· Proven experience in performance management, bonus design, onboarding, and training programs.

· Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping and recruitment for technical and commercial positions.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
