Role Overview

We are looking for an E-com Executive TikTok Shop Specialist to build and scale our TikTok commerce presence in France.This role is responsible for launching TikTok Shop from 0 to 1, developing a content-commerce strategy, managing creators, and driving GMV growth for our consumer electronics products.You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to build a scalable TikTok Shop ecosystem including creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and live commerce.

Key Responsibilities

1. TikTok Shop Launch & Account Setup (0→1)

  • Launch and manage the TikTok Shop storefront for the French market
  • Set up product listings, pricing strategy, and promotions
  • Establish operational workflows including order management, creator affiliate setup, and product catalog integration
  • Ensure compliance with French e-commerce regulations and TikTok Shop policies

2. Content Commerce Strategy

  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy focused on conversion
  • Identify trending formats suitable for consumer electronics demonstrations
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce short-form videos highlighting product benefits and real-life use cases
  • Continuously test and optimize content formats to improve engagement and sales

3. Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem

  • Build and manage a network of TikTok creators and influencers
  • Develop affiliate programs to drive product promotion
  • Negotiate commission structures and manage creator relationships
  • Track and optimize creator-driven sales performance

4. Live Commerce Operations

  • Plan and manage TikTok live shopping sessions
  • Coordinate hosts, scripts, and promotional offers
  • Optimize live conversion rates and audience engagement

5. Performance & Growth

  • Monitor key metrics including:
  • GMV
  • Conversion rate
  • ROAS
  • Creator performance
  • Conduct weekly performance analysis and optimize campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to scale traffic, content, and creator collaborations

Your Profile

Experience

  • 3–5 years experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing TikTok accounts or TikTok Shop operations
  • Experience launching social commerce projects from 0 to 1 is highly preferred
  • Background in consumer electronics or tech products is a strong plus

Skills

  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and content trends
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, and affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop tools, live commerce, and product catalog management
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Market Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the French digital commerce landscape
  • Knowledge of the TikTok creator ecosystem in France
  • Familiarity with consumer electronics positioning and online retail dynamics

Language

  • Fluent in French and English
