Job Description: We are looking for a full-time employee to replace our existing Sales Manager position: our colleague is promoted and transferred to another Suprema branch office. The Sales Manager mission is to be the main interface with our customers: reselling and installation partners (B2B).
You will be joining a local sales team of 4 local Sales managers and take the responsibility for our Sales activities in West Europe and North Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager you take the role to,

1. Listen to, understand and take control of the Suprema distribution network, in the countries for which you are responsible,

2. Support existing partners: monitor projects with our technical team, meet with end users, organize tradeshows and partner events with our marketing team, …

3. Monitor and transform End-Customer projects, with the help of Suprema network partners,

4. Detect new potential partners, help them improve their skills so that they can be part of our core sales network,

5. Report the objectives, actions taken and results obtained to your hierarchy,

6. Countries (subject to slight changes in order to match your profile): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland.

The position has a strong international dimension with clients in all countries of Europe and Africa. You have colleagues and peers in all the continent of the world and especially South Korea.

Requirements:

Ÿ You have worked in a competitive industry environment where sales/profit growth is a key performance index (4+ years)

Ÿ You are a volunteer and you want to join a dynamic team, supported by a large group.

Ÿ You want to learn and develop your skills in contact with colleagues and business partners who have made (and will continue to make) the success of Suprema in the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

Ÿ You are willing to travel in Europe and around, to meet interesting counterparts and cultures

Ÿ You have excellent planning skills to be able to manage complex work schedules and tasks

Ÿ You are proficient in working with MS Office tools, especially excel and power point

Ÿ You are fluent (spoken and written) in English and French (ability to work with international colleagues). Other languages are a plus.
