About The Role

As we expand our presence in France, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to join us. As a Branch Manager at Vivid you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation and growth of our branch in France. Reporting directly to our CBDO and CEO you will play a pivotal role in driving business success and customer acquisition. Vivid's vision is to be the first choice for personal and business customers. Your Mission

• Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch targets, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and our business growth.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and other government bodies.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company in media, at events, conferences and forums, positioning them as a thought leader in Fintech.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Your Profile

• Degree/Qualifications in business, finance or a related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in business development within the financial services and banking industry / fintech sector.
• Previous experience working in an international, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Can-do mentality, solution focused.
• Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).

Based in France (obligatory) and preferably (but not obligatory) willing to spend at least one day per week in the Paris office.

Compensation range

Compensation starting from €80,000 gross annually. Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
